I recommend doing a thorough White Sage smudging for 3 days, followed by my Floral Lavender for 3 days, at first, and then use my Sacred Blend for your weekly maintenance - 3 times per week, or as needed.

My Native American heritage (Cherokee Indian) drove me to finally list smudge spray done the way I like to do it. Full strength soaking of fresh and dried blend of flowers, herbs, and 100% pure essential oils - and also brewing an herbal decoction very slowly on low heat in a crock pot. I use a lot of herbs and flowers to make this. It's pretty concentrated with a little rain water or spring water. The final product has essential oils and Florida water added to the mix. These sit and get really strong, and are naturally preserved with vegetable glycerin or everclear alcohol. So I hope that you will give them a try - they are prepared with love and affordable. Only a few sprays are necessary, and it lasts a good while.
