3 Day Bath Salt Instructions - (1 Jar Needed)
If you're doing a 9 day bath you would need 3 jars.
This should be done 3 nights in a row. Use 1/3 of each jar for each night. You can either put in the muslin bag and soak in your tub or steep the entire amount of 1 jar in a pot of warm water - strain out the herb and store the liquid in a bottle and use 1/3 of it to pour over a freshly washed body from head to toe for 3 nights. Do not dry off - air dry. Burn the candle using a candle holder to get the maximum hours from the candle, 1/3 burned (approx. 3 hrs.) for each night. Place a petition paper (piece of brown paper bag or parchment paper) with you name on it (cross over you name with a wish of intent) under the candle- Say, think, visualize, and feel your intent while bathing or pouring the liquid over you.
You should start the bath and the candle on the same day. The small candle is burned in the bathroom during the bath. Starting on a waxing moon phase – to draw things to you, or on a waning moon phase to repel. But in Hoodoo, magick is started when needed.
